Siobhán O'Leary

Applied AI Learning Architect

Siobhán O’Leary is CEO of The Institute of Applied AI, where she works with organisations to translate AI awareness into practical implementation that delivers measurable business value. 

Originally trained as an aeronautical engineer, she spent 13 years in the pharmaceutical sector, progressing to Site Maintenance and Utilities Management before completing a Master’s in Technical Communication and eLearning and certifications on AI and Digital Transformation.

Susana Marambio is COO at The Institute of Applied AI and Co founder of BBCS Business Advisors, supporting SMEs to align strategy, digital transformation and practical execution for measurable growth.

With over 20 years of international experience across EMEA, she brings strong commercial and marketing expertise to AI adoption. Susana has led pan European digital initiatives and now works with organisations to improve profitability, scale sustainably and build more valuable companies.
